Reduce Vacancies on our Milwaukee Ave Dining and Entertainment District
Analyze market potential for retail and anchor uses in Six Corners, such as medical, big box retail
Analyze the supply of retail in Six Corners to identify under-represented tenant categories
Create and maintain an inventory of vacancies at Six Corners in Salesforce.
Work with the owners of Portage Theater to create a business plan for the Landmark Building with community, local officials, and businesses input
