• Reduce Vacancies on our Milwaukee Ave Dining and Entertainment District 
• Analyze market potential for retail and anchor uses in Six Corners, such as medical, big box retail 
• Analyze the supply of retail in Six Corners to identify under-represented tenant categories
• Create and maintain an inventory of vacancies at Six Corners in Salesforce. 
  
• Work with the owners of Portage Theater to create a business plan for the Landmark Building with community, local officials, and businesses input
